When is the first harvest?
We're finishing the farm now. Founding neighbors hear the date first — join the list below and you'll get the news before anyone else.
Where can I buy Lush Rise microgreens?
At launch: direct from the farm and through local chefs and stores in the Melissa, McKinney, and Prosper area. Join the founding list for launch news and first-access ordering.
How long do microgreens stay fresh?
About 7 days refrigerated. Every pack is stamped with its harvest day so you always know exactly how fresh your greens are.
What is the named-tray program?
You name a tray, we grow it for you and send photos on Day 1, Day 5, and Cut Day. It's a personal connection to your food from seed to plate. The named-tray program opens at first harvest.
Which varieties will you grow?
Radish, sunflower, pea shoots, broccoli, arugula, red cabbage, kohlrabi, mustard, red chard, cilantro, basil, celery, and more. We'll keep expanding based on what our neighbors love most.
